From a purely athletic standpoint, the Truth Session workout is designed to drastically increase one’s ability to perform at their functional threshold (i.e., the maximal power that can be sustained for one hour). Speed, power, agility, and marked improvement in coordination are a direct result from the grouping of exercises and intensity of effect principle.  The name of this training session came to be after I had underestimated it’s cumulative effect and I found myself caught off guard by the emotional response it evoked. Your body and mind will be taxed in a manner in which no indoor machine can duplicate.  This, in turn, forces the body to adapt and shed unwanted mass for future efficiency. For days afterwards, you will feel a sense of calm and a state of serenity that is brought fourth through nature and the accumulated effect of the workout.
